Most of my services including psychotherapy and psychological evaluations are available through both in-person and telehealth. All scheduling requests are handled via the Patient Portal.

(NOTE: A credit card is needed to request an appointment. You will not be charged until the date of the appointment.)

Initial 15-min consultation is provided FREE, thus no charge will occur.

Please note: if you plan on filing with insurance, it is recommended to consult your insurer prior to your appointment to ensure the coverage for telehealth mental health services and how your insurance carrier applies them to out-of-pocket expenses. 

For some psychological evaluations and assessments, patients may need to make in-person visits to fully complete the process.

General Communication

If you need to discuss your needs for rescheduling or further instructions for agreed self-enhancement activities, you can send me messages via a secure messaging system available on the Patient Portal

Sometimes I may send you other materials that I need you to complete or supplement in your treatment / assessment via this system as well. I will do my best to respond to any messages within 24-48 hours during my normal business operation.  

Please do not utilize the messaging system to discuss your treatment or personal crises. All clinical topics should be discussed during your appointments.
